Experience the ever changing colours of our majestic mountains, the peace and tranquility of the country.

The Golden Gate National Park is about 12km away on a tarred road. Here visitors may hike on the laid out trails, which vary in difficulty and cost. There are also horse riding facilities. The scenery is spectacular and the sandstone rock formation is a photographer's dream.

All cottages have open-plan living areas with fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces and private braai areas.

Tariffs (2008)

All three cottages will be from R225 pppn sharing with a minimum at weekends
of R700 for the four sleepers and R350 for the two sleeper per night.

This cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also pull-out beds for two extra guests

This cottage has two bedrooms en suite.

This cottage has one bedroom en suite.

Facilities:

  • Comfortable accommodation for 10/12 in three cottages in the garden of the homestead
  • Fully equipped kitchens including microwave, dishcloths, washing liquid and scouring powder.
  • Linen and towels are provided (except swimming towels)
  • Open fireplaces, electric blankets, heaters and fans are provided
  • Private braai facilities
  • Pool and floodlit tennis courts within walking distance
  • Hikes and walks on the farm
